About us

Producthero is Google's largest CSS partner, active in all 21 countries of the CSS program. More than 12,000 webshops advertise via Producthero and strengthen their position in the Google Shopping auction. In addition to the CSS program, Producthero is a forerunner in developing data-driven tools that enable retail advertisers to improve their shopping advertisements. With clients ranging from Bol, Rituals and Nike to local webshops and with partnerships with more than 800 marketing agencies, we have a broad knowledge of the retail landscape. Which means that we can and want to help every type of webshop with best practices and improve their performance.

About the role

As a Product Owner at Producthero, your main focus will be understanding our users' needs and core problems and tackling their challenges head-on through development of innovative solutions. You will work closely with customers and colleagues across various departments, including Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Development, to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions. This is an exciting journey in product development where you will spearhead shaping and launching the next generation of our tools.

Get the feeling

As you start your morning with a cup of coffee, or whatever gets you going, you'll dive into Jira, reviewing the scrum board and discussing priorities with the Scrum Master for the stand-up. The stand-up sets the stage for your day, and you jump into a meeting with stakeholders to fully grasp the user story. This is where your sharp understanding comes into play, as you transform the insights into clear, actionable tickets, prioritise them, and add them to the backlog.

After lunch, you switch gears to process customer feedback on a design in Figma. Collaborating with the Product Designer, you'll brainstorm and iterate to simplify the user flow. With adjustments made in Figma, it's testing time! You’ll roll up your sleeves and test the new features developed by the tech team. As a product release is just around the corner, you’ll also craft detailed release notes for the features you've tested. To cap off a productive day, you and your colleagues might head out for a sports class or enjoy a pitcher of Sangria to unwind, let's see what the weather forecast says.
