Producthero is Google's largest CSS partner, active in all 21 countries of the CSS program. More than 12,000 webshops advertise via Producthero and strengthen their position in the Google Shopping auction. In addition to the CSS program, Producthero is a forerunner in developing data-driven tools that enable retail advertisers to improve their shopping advertisements. With clients ranging from Bol, Rituals and Nike to local webshops and with partnerships with more than 800 marketing agencies, we have a broad knowledge of the retail landscape. Which means that we can and want to help every type of webshop with best practices and improve their performance.
About the role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll wear many hats: from onboarding new customers to helping them maximize our tools. You'll love diving into our platform, tweaking workflows, and enhancing our CRM system. You'll work closely with Google, retailers, marketing agencies, and our in-house teams.

Job requirements
Responsibilities
Onboard and offboard customers efficiently
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Troubleshoot problems and report bugs to the development team
Collaborate with various departments to enhance processes and services
Create and update internal knowledge pages
Proactively engage with existing customers to boost their results
About you
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
Experience engaging with online marketing agencies is a plus
Passion for Online Marketing or Customer Success
Keen interest in learning about Search Engine Marketing and Shopping Ads
Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to grow
Excellent communication skills
Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven
Fluent in Dutch and English, and additional European languages are a plus
Availability: 36-40 hours per week
