About us

Producthero is Google's largest CSS partner, active in all 21 countries of the CSS program. More than 10,000 users advertise via Producthero and thus strengthen their position in the Google Shopping auction. In addition to the fame of the CSS program, Producthero is a forerunner in developing data-driven tools that enable advertisers to integrate their advertisements. With clients ranging from Bol, Rituals and Nike to local web shops and with partnerships with more than 500 agencies, we have a broad knowledge of the retail landscape. Which means that we can and want to help every type of webshop with best practices and improve their performance.


About the role

As a Customer Support Representative you have many responsibilities, from getting potential customers to sign up, onboarding new customers, and supporting customers to get the most out of our tools. You enjoy analyzing our platform and implementing improvements, such as optimizing our mail flow or further developing of our CRM system. During this process you are in close contact with Google, retailers, marketing agencies and different teams within Producthero.

This is a challenging customer-oriented position in the middle of a fast-growing company. Youโ€™ll be part of a small, enthusiastic team where everyone can be themselves, whilst having the opportunity to grow in their role.

Job requirements

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and offboarding customers

  • Provide first response and resolve customer issues and inquiries

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and file bugs with our development team

  • Work with different departments for process and service improvements

  • Create and maintain internal knowledge pages

  • Proactively reach out to existing customers to increase their results


About you

  • You are in possession of a bachelorโ€™s degree

  • 0 - 1 year work experience

  • Eager to learn everything about Online Marketing and Shopping Ads

  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude

  • Strong communication skills

  • Accurate, analytical and result-driven

  • You speak English. German, French or Dutch on C1 level is a plus

  • Available 40 hours a week
