Producthero is a rapidly growing e-commerce scale-up based in Amsterdam. Our clients include Rituals, Bol, Wehkamp, and Ikea. Over the past five years, we have evolved into an internationally operating shopping advertisement platform with more than 12,000 clients across all European countries. From our office in Amsterdam, our team of 40+ enthusiastic heroes and four office dogs create an outstanding platform to help webshops and online marketing agencies improve the performance of their product ads on Google.

About the role

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for planning and managing external resources such as SEO agencies and event organizers, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and projects. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with internal teams to align external efforts with our marketing goals, while keeping timelines and budgets on track. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact, gain exposure to diverse marketing initiatives, and grow within a collaborative, innovative team.

Job requirements


What you’ll be working on:

  • Coordinate and manage relationships with external resources (e.g., SEO agencies, and event organizers).

  • Create and oversee timelines for marketing projects and campaigns.

  • Assist in planning and execution of marketing initiatives across channels.

  • Work closely with internal team members to align external resources with overall marketing goals.

  • Track, report, and optimize the performance of our initiatives.

  • Ensure smooth logistical execution for events, from planning to post-event reporting.

  • Weekly and monthly reporting of our marketing goals.


About you

  • Previous experience in a marketing or coordination role (e.g., project manager, account manager, marketing assistant).

  • Familiarity with managing external vendors or agencies, such as SEO firms or event organizers.

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles across different channels (SEO, email marketing, events, etc.).

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira or Monday.com).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple projects.

  • A strong sense of responsibility and excellent English communication and presentation skills as our team is international.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively (we value communication and collaboration on the team 🙂)
