About us
Producthero is Google's largest CSS partner, active in all 21 countries of the CSS program. More than 10,000 users advertise via Producthero and thus strengthen their position in the Google Shopping auction. In addition to the fame of the CSS program, Producthero is a forerunner in developing data-driven tools that enable advertisers to integrate their advertisements. With clients ranging from Bol, Rituals and Nike to local web shops and with partnerships with more than 500 agencies, we have a broad knowledge of the retail landscape. Which means that we can and want to help every type of webshop with best practices and improve their performance.


About the role

As a Partner Manager at Producthero, you'll work on fostering strong relationships with our customers and partner agencies. You will showcase the benefits of CSS and Shopping Ads Platform. If you have a passion for Online Marketing and eCommerce and love building and maintaining relationships, we want you on our team!


Responsibilities 

  • Maintain contact with leading retailers and online marketing agencies
  • Assist clients in maximising their use of our tools and services
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, explaining the benefits of working with Producthero
  • Manage your partner portfolio, providing training to help partners effectively use our solutions and advance to the next level
  • Support partners with onboarding, demos, and updates on new functionalities and Shopping landscape developments
  • Engage with new and existing customers through phone calls, Google Meet, office visits, trade fairs, and events
  • Strengthen relationships with both new and existing partners, collecting their feedback to improve our tools and services
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce blog posts, customer cases, and webinars for partners and advertisers

Job requirements

About you

  • You are passionate about online marketing and excited to learn all about search engine advertising
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Online Marketing, Customer Success, or Partner Management
  • Experience working at or with an online marketing agency or retailer are a plus
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
  • A proactive and can-do attitude
  • You are communicatively strong and socially skilled
